Macedonia - We Drink Eat Travel

Another of the Balkan countries we visited was N. Macedonia. And, we spent our time as slow travelers in the capital, Skopje.

Skopje did surprise us with what it had to offer. When crossing the famous Stone Bridge, it’s amazing how contrasting this capital city is. It’s like 2 different worlds in one.

We also discovered an amazing Macedonian traditional food, which is one of our favorites to this day – ajvar.
